If you have requested a quote within the last 28 days then you can access this quote using your quote reference, email address and password
on the
Quote Retrieval page.
Please note that we can only attend venues within 40 road-miles of our base (address on our
contact page).
Only educational bookings should be placed online, bookings for other events such as childrens parties should be made by
phone.
Bookings are subject to weather conditions. If weather conditions force us to cancel your booking then an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
